400;\">Research is the driver of development and growth. It allows us to look far ahead and to find new tools and methods that can not only improve our present but also, and in particular, our future.<\/span>\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since its foundation, A.B.C. has always supported the scientific research by funding scholarships and research projects, with a view to having a positive impact in the surgical and treatment journey of children suffering from congenital malformations.<\/span>\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A.B.C., in collaboration with the Department of Life Sciences of the University of Trieste, also funded a three-year PhD scholarship, from 2016 to 2020, and its title was: &#8220;Quality of life, emotional and cognitive aspects, with particular reference to learning processes, of children undergoing complex surgical procedures&#8221;.<\/span>\n          <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research is the driver of development and growth.
